How It Works

3. Email your pet's photo to hello@victoriawildedesigns.com after ordering — please use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting for the best result
4. We'll create your personalised portrait and have it printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days

Photo Guide — How to Get the Best Portrait

The better your photo, the more stunning your portrait will be! Here's what works best:

✓ Front-facing — your pet looking straight at the camera works best
✓ Clear and in focus — avoid blurry or pixelated images
✓ Good natural lighting — bright but not in direct harsh sunlight
✓ Face fills the frame — the closer the better, we want to see those eyes!
✓ Plain or simple background — easier to isolate your pet
✓ Taken on a phone camera is absolutely fine

Please avoid:
✗ Dark or poorly lit photos
✗ Side profiles or looking away from the camera
✗ Sunglasses, hats or accessories covering the face
✗ Multiple pets in one photo — one pet per portrait please
✗ Screenshots of other photos — send the original where possible

Please note: we will always do our very best with the photo provided, but portrait quality is dependent on the quality of the image supplied. If we feel a photo is not suitable we will contact you before proceeding.

As every portrait is made to order and personalised especially for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun. Please ensure your pet's name is spelled correctly in the order notes.
