What is the return policy?
As all our prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. 🤍
Are any purchases final sale?
All personalised and custom orders — including our Custom Pet Portraits — are final sale once production has begun, as these are made specifically for you. Please double check your personalisation details before placing your order!
When will I get my order?
Standard prints are printed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Custom Pet Portraits take 3-5 working days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrive within 2-4 days of dispatch. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way!
Where are your products manufactured?
Every print is designed and printed by us right here in the UK, using a professional Epson 6-ink EcoTank printer on premium heavyweight paper. No middlemen, no dropshipping — just lovingly made prints from our home studio. 🤍
How much does shipping cost?
UK delivery is completely free on every order, sent via Royal Mail Tracked. International shipping is available at checkout — costs vary by destination and will be calculated before you pay.
What sizes are available?
All our prints are available in five sizes: A5 (148 x 210mm), A4 (210 x 297mm), A3 (297 x 420mm), 5x7" (127 x 178mm) and 8x10" (203 x 254mm). Not sure which size to choose? Check out our size guide on the product page to see how each size compares!
Do the prints come framed?
Our prints are unframed — this keeps them affordable and lets you choose the perfect frame to match your space. They fit standard off-the-shelf frames available from IKEA, Dunelm, Amazon and most high street homeware stores.
Can I order a custom pet portrait?
Yes! Our Custom Pet Portraits are one of our most popular products. Simply choose your size and background colour, then email us your pet's photo after ordering. Is this suitable as a gift?
Absolutely — our prints make beautiful gifts for birthdays, new homes, baby showers, Father's Day and more. All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and dispatched in a protective tube, so they arrive looking gorgeous and ready to gift. 🤍
